So I have been watching and reading a lot about juicing and the health benefits. For starters I could definitely lose some weight. I am currently at 175. However, I am hoping to focus more on the health not the weight loss. I am curious to see and feel the difference in my skin, my hair, my nails, my energy etc. I have a hard time committing to something for long periods of time. But 21 days...I think I can handle. I am following Joe Cross 5 day reboot juicing plan..but will do it for 21days just repeating the same juices. I am good with repetition and I also think it will help cut down on the cost if I buy in bulk.
First Juice
3 carrots
2 green apples
1inch of ginger root
I must say...this is SO GOOD! I will really like waking up to this breakfast. That's for sure:)
